My name is Hanson Do and if I’m not dining out then I’m working at a software documentation company in Vancouver, Canada.
What got me into food blogging?
I noticed on other blogs that the reviews were generally only about the food. For me, the experience of a dine out depends on the food, the restaurant itself, and the service. After all, your experience begins as soon as you walk through the door, so why should you have to start chowing down before formulating an opinion of your dine out?
All of my restaurant reviews include information on Food, Features, and Service. Features include things like how the decor works, the overall vibe of the restaurant, and other tidbits I find about the restaurant. Service covers how fast the food comes out, how much the staff seem to love their jobs, and how often tea and water top ups happen.
What can I do for you?
If you're a reader, let me be your guide to all things food in a city near you. Remember, everyone's taste buds are different, but I'll do my best to give comparative examples within the same city.
If you're a restaurant, you may be interested in having me over and writing an informal review of the menu. For the readers' sakes, I'll always disclose the terms and conditions of a meal.
